Aviation Compliance
A digital compliance platform for aviation operators
We build and run Nimbl — a web and mobile platform that turns manuals, risk assessments, and authorization paperwork into fast, accurate digital workflows. What took hours now takes minutes.

The Challenge
Aviation runs on documentation — and most of it was manual
Manuals, risk assessments, safety reporting, authorization letters. Regulations change constantly, and every change has to flow back into the paperwork before an operator is compliant again.
A pre-flight risk assessment meant filling out forms. Keeping a manual current meant editing by hand and hoping nothing was missed. For operators managing hundreds of records, the effort — and the cost of a mistake in this industry — added up fast.
Our Approach
A system that generates compliance material, not just stores it
We work with Nimbl's team as their long-term product and engineering partner across web, mobile, project management, and QA. The platform generates, tracks, and updates compliance material at scale.
And it works on a phone when a crew is away from a desk. Built and grown over several years, Nimbl now stands on four core capabilities.
What we built
Four capabilities the platform is built around
01 · Risk Assessments
Faster safety checks, less friction
Operators create, manage, and submit flight risk assessments in the app instead of on paper. Crews complete an assessment from a phone before a flight, and teams handling many records can sort and filter their assessment lists.
02 · Documents & Manuals
The right version, always reachable
Manuals, SMS material, and operational documents live in one place and open on web or mobile. A pilot or safety officer can pull up the current manual in the field, not just at the office.
03 · Manual Automation
Hours of work, done in minutes
Nimbl generates and maintains reports, documents, and templates for large numbers of users at once. When a regulation changes, updates propagate through the system instead of being retyped document by document — consistent every time.
04 · LOA Builder
Authorization you can actually see
Teams create, assign, and manage Letters of Authorization for their people and track the work attached to each one. What was a scattered manual process becomes something a team can manage.
Alongside these, the mobile app lets operators track project status directly — no waiting on an email — and because Nimbl pairs manuals with safety-management tooling, it supports the shift most operators want to make: from reacting to incidents toward managing safety before they happen.

The Result
The clearest outcome is time
Compliance workflows that used to take hours are done in minutes, and the output is more consistent because the system builds it the same way each time. Operators get better visibility into their own documentation and safety posture, and the platform scales with them as they add records, people, and aircraft.
The engagement speaks to the rest — we've been Nimbl's build partner since 2021, and the work is ongoing.
