What do your Shopify development services include?+
Shopify development services include the storefront and the system around it: pricing and checkout logic, ERP and warehouse integration, supplier feeds and price tracking, calculators and trade-in flows, triggered emails and workflow automation, analytics, GDPR work, campaign landing pages, and search visibility built in during development.
What makes you different from other Shopify agencies?+
Most build the store, migrate you onto the platform, and stop where Shopify's functionality stops. We build the parts that sit outside it, in our own stack, and connect them. You own what we build, there is no per seat licence on it, and it is not waiting on somebody else's roadmap.
Do you build Shopify apps?+
No. Storefronts, commerce logic and integrations. If you need a public app on the Shopify App Store we are the wrong agency and will say so on the first call.
Should we go headless?+
Only if something you need is impossible in a theme: a trade-in or configurator flow, trading rules that differ by country, or a speed requirement a theme cannot meet. Otherwise a well built custom theme is cheaper and easier for your team to edit.
What does a Shopify build cost?+
It depends almost entirely on how much of your business sits outside Shopify, so any number published without seeing your setup would be wrong in one direction or the other. A theme build, an integration and a full commerce system are three different orders of magnitude. The audit takes one to three weeks, has a fixed price, and ends with a fixed scope and a fixed price for the build.
Can you connect Shopify to our ERP?+
Yes. We name one owner per field, price, stock, customer, order, invoice, and write down how each propagates before building. That decision determines whether anyone still trusts the integration a year later.
Can you build a trade-in, a calculator or a configurator?+
Yes, and we have. The rules live in one place with no interface attached, so the same logic runs in the browser and again on the server, and anything that costs money is recalculated when the order is created.
Will we lose search traffic when the new store launches?+
Not if the launch is engineered. Redirects for every legacy URL including filtered and query string variants, canonical addresses, preserved metadata, correct market and language signals, and checks afterwards. On our last build, 1,048 legacy addresses were mapped and answered at the edge.
