Brent approached us to develop a hiring solution aimed at streamlining the recruitment process. Recognizing that recruiters and hiring managers spend excessive time sifting through impersonal online job applications, he sought a contemporary approach to tackle this challenge.
The goal: to enhance efficiency in hiring, minimize time spent on mismatches, and increase applicant engagement. This initiative focuses on developing a hiring network that transcends conventional skill and experience listings, addressing the critical need for personality alignment in the recruitment journey.
Solution
We developed a hiring network solution consisting of four native apps, two each for Android and iOS (Seeker and HR), featuring video profiles and job previews. This platform streamlines the hiring process, enabling recruiters to quickly identify suitable candidates and job seekers to gain in-depth insights into job opportunities. It helps applicants efficiently manage and share their job applications, enhancing the overall hiring solution experience.

The innovation custom platform for the hiring process was stabilized and evolved by Attract Group development team.
