American Real Estate Partners is a private real estate investment company. Its focus is on commercial real estate assets as well as real estate financial instruments. Since 2003, they have made 37 investments, which totals $2.8 billion. They have over 13 million square feet of top office buildings based in the major office markets along the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.
Background
The challenge of cooperation with the different administrators within the same building and creating/managing events among the companies within the same property caused this company to start looking for a solution. They came to us with the desire to unify their management and optimize the work of their company.
Web Solution
We developed a custom-made CRM/ERP system along with IOS and Android applications. The system features an independent architecture that improves the property and company management procedure due to many roles. The system comprises objects such as property companies, buildings, tenant companies, and service providers with the roles of admins, property admins, property managers, tenant managers, employees, and service providers.
Mobile Solution
The applications make the services available for the participants everywhere at any time. This allows more prompt responses to notifications and alerts and facilitates conference hall booking.
